No-Reason Returns: Some items are eligible for "Free Return" which allows you to return products within 15 days after receipt without any reason. The items should be in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Buyer Responsibility: For most cases where the product is returned due to personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Seller Responsibility: If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, we are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Return Process
Open a Dispute: Initiate the return process by opening a dispute once you open the product. Provide details and evidence, such as photos or videos of the item.
Return the Item: If a return is agreed upon, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
