How to Cancel an Order
Log In to Your Account:

Visit the website.
Log in to your account using your credentials.
Navigate to 'My Orders':

Once logged in, go to your account section and click on "My Orders" to view all your recent purchases.
Select the Order You Want to Cancel:

Find the order you wish to cancel from the list of your orders.
Click on the order to view the details.
Initiate the Cancellation:

Look for the "Cancel Order" button on the order details page.
Click on "Cancel Order."
Choose a Reason for Cancellation:

A pop-up window will appear asking you to select a reason for the cancellation.
Choose the most appropriate reason from the drop-down menu.
Submit the Cancellation Request:

After selecting the reason, confirm your cancellation by clicking on the "Submit" or "Confirm" button.

Important Notes
Cancellation Window: You can only cancel an order before it has been shipped. If the order status is "Awaiting Shipment," you can proceed with cancellation. If it has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it directly.
Refunds: If your cancellation is approved, the refund process will begin. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
